Summary13855: The button to select export format (*.lss) has no function in German
Description

If I try to export a survey (*.lss) with backend language "German" the first - upper - button (to select the format) doesn't work.

If I select a different format (e.g. .xml) the description is shown and the export is done.
Again selecting (.lss) doesn't chnge the description text, only the color of selected button.
Nevertheless, the export is done in *.xml format.

In English everything is fine.
