Summary13806: Datepicker does not open using Internet Explorer
Description

When using a date question the datepicker doesn't open when using the latest Internet Explorer version. Simply nothing happens when clicking the icon.

Steps To Reproduce

Test any date question using Internet Explorer.

I can't reproduce this.
Tested on Win7 IE11, Win 8.1 IE11.
