Description

When I send email invitations, the email received by survey participants didn't substitute the {FIRSTNAME}, {SURVEYURL}, {OPTOUTURL} and {OPTINURL} ;
but {SURVEYNAME}, {SURVEYDESCRIPTION}, {ADMINNAME} and {ADMINEMAIL} are substitute

PS : i can not reproduce on last LimeSurvey GIT version, using PHP5.6
Maybe something related to survey : did you try with a new survey and only one question ?

Can't reproduce this bug using the latest version of LimeSurvey ( v3.10.0 ), it works as expected on my computer.

Please upload .lss export file by selecting Display / Export --> Survey structure (.lss) in your survey.
It may be a survey related issue.

Imported your survey file, but it works as expected, all fields are substituted.
