Summary13662: gitattributes files are incorrect
Description

the following files have the gitattributes set to default all files to binary eg: "* binary"

./application/third_party/.gitattributes
./third_party/.gitattributes
./framework/.gitattributes

I am not sure if this is deliberate or an oversight.

It is a bit annoying though when you are making changes and would like to see the diffs in git.

you should never touch thoses files.
if you want to change a method in it, extend the class.
