| Summary | 13653: LimeSurvey fails to properly export responses in CSV or Excel format | ||||
| Description | Since upgrading, LimeSurvey has not been properly formatting response data for CSVs. It will for participant data, but for responses, all values have been combined into one column, in what appears to be a semicolon delimited format. For example, the first row of my data, rather than containing multiple cells with individual variable labels instead has Response ID;"Date submitted";"Last page";"Start language";"Seed";"Token";"Date started";"Date last action";....etc in column A. When I try to export to a regular excel format, I receive the error message: "Internal Server Error Thank you." As far as we can tell, SPSS is exporting correctly. | ||||

Tried this too (with some panic ;) but export - csv, xlsx - working fine for me in 3.7.1. May be an installation problem? => The file containing the class is not installed? |

Our IT guy tinkered with the server and install last week and now .xlsx works for responses. However, when I try to export as a .csv it's still creating a semi-colon delimited format. I can read it if I go into windows control panel and change my number settings so that " ; " is chosen as the system's list separator, but then I can no longer read properly-formatted .csv's. |
