Summary	13635: Forgot Password not working.
Description	Since upgrading to 3.7.1+180424 the 'Forgot Password' function doesn't work. 500 error and no email sent.
Steps To Reproduce	On admin login page click 'Forgot your password' Enter valid username and password Click Check Data Error appears
