Summary13597: Create an asset directory to put js / css and picture
Description

Currently : assets directory contains all files and directory : view, md file, twig files etc …
I think it must contain only css + js + pictures (and files) and NEVER : twig and php files

Additional Information

Think we can have
assets/css/
assets/js/
assets/files/
assets/.{$number}

inside theme directory

The .vnumber is here when we need to clean asset : this update directory mtime, then update assets (tested in a windows IIS too).

We can do it easily but can break existing template (can have solution for it).

Do not add the contents of the assets/ folder to any source-code control system; these files have master source in other places.

@LouisGac : you agree, but don't set it at start of twig development make it very harder to fix it now …

Strangely : i think i fix it in answer_html development part … but removed when moving to twig …
