I cannot reproduce this issue. Please update to the latest version first.
If you can still reproduce the issue activate debug mode in /application/config/config. php and see if you get a more detailed error.

The site is running the latest version already (3.6.2+ 20180406).

Please find attached the page source of the entire page (sanitized for my url and some other personal stuff). I don't really know what I should be looking for. As you can see though, all information is there. It somehow just isn't shown/ it's hidden. This appears to be related to the new screen it is opening in. When I checked for a very simple sample file, it appears to be working normaly.

Any news on this issue? I have tried many things by now to find a solution (disabled site encription, disabled the by javascript hidden question et cetera) but to no avail. Unfortunately, I still don't manage to edit the responses in this survey.
