Summary13571: Import question with relevance equitation - relevance equitation not matching
Description

If you import a question with relevance equitation AND the survey ID is different, the relevance equitation is "broken".
This is caused of, that the SQUID is saved into the relevance equitation and not the question-code.

What about this:
In question-export file the rel. equ. should saved with question codes.
If question-codes matching in new survey, the rel. equ. is passing test.

Nice to have in that case:
Build the condition-UI with our equitation

This issue has already been fixed in the latest LS 3 version.
