Summary13508: The html code is displayed in the text
Description

I updated from Version 2.59.1+170116 to Version 3.5.4+180320.
When I create or modify a field, a part of the source code is saved with my text. So when I watch the resume or when I export the PDF, I can see the source code.
However, the survey is well displayed.
If I display the source code in the field and I remove it to keep only my text, it saves only the text.
But If I come back in the field, the source code is re-generated and saved with my text.
Moreover, it save the source code even for the fields I did not entered.
So the Help mark is displayed on the survey whereas I did not entered it.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a question and save it.

That does not seem to come from LImeSurvey. It looks like it is caused by some browser plugin or class (seems to be for color blindness)
Does this happen with other browsers too?

Oh I didn't though it was because of a browser plugin. Indeed, I have the RGBlind plugin on firefox and if I deactivate it, LimeSurvey works well.
And no problems with Google Chrome where I don't have plugins.
So it's the RGBlind plugin support that I have to contact.

Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
