Summary13498: Unable to log in after ComfortUpdate
Description

Strangely, i have an issue about ComfortUpdate and application/core/plugins/QuickMenu/QuickMenu.php file
The plugin still there after update then unable to log in.

Steps To Reproduce

? ComfortUpdate with debug=2 ?

Additional Information

Just after fixing https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/pull/1018 (travis broke ?)

Remove QuickMenu. It's not compatible with LS3 (and not needed).

Yes, i know, but ComofortUpdate didn't delete it : ComfortUpdate must delete it.
