Summary13482: numericalmultiple Slider is never untouched
Description

In numeric-slider.js, the createSlider function don't hide div.tooltip so i have add

if (!setPosition) listItemObject.find('div.tooltip').hide();
after triggerChanges(); call and the field is mandatory again.

I checked this with the latest version and could not reproduce, so this is most likely fixed for good.
