Summary13477: Cant export responses - too many columns
Description

I cant export responses when survey have more columns (over 1000). First 1000 responses are ok, but rest columns are "N/A".

Large survey - 4138 columns - PostgreSQL, limesurvey version: lastest

Probably problem is with creating/writing table for survey - there missing part questions (and answers). On debug output is creating column for question 10313 but on responses missing this question.

Please provide a sample survey with that many data fields and at least one response as survey archive (*.lsa) . Thank you!
