Description

I've extended the Bootswatch theme, and I'm looking at all of the screens associated with the template. The "Registration" and "Print answers" screens appear to have no files associated with them, and the preview screen is completely blank.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Extend theme (bootswatch)
  2. Go to "Registration" and "Print answers" screens in the dropdown menu
