Summary13271: No "Question:" Text Editor to input what question to ask
Description

Seems like when i upgrade to 3.1 from 3.0 i am now unable to see the text editor when entering my question. This happens to all entry that has the text editor.

then i checked the folder that says its not found. It really is not there. then i tried to install a new limesurvey from scratch and it's still the same. i can't seem to find the files that the console was referring to.

Hey can you delete the contents of tmp/assets and try again?

Hi Mark,

I solved the issue by downgrading to 5.6.33 and installing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017.
