Summary13179: Language not taken from Token
Description

If you open a survey with a specific token it doesn't change the language to the participant.
Due to the fact that language switching isn't working at the moment I raised this one as "critical" - please fix either this or the other :D

Steps To Reproduce

create a survey multiple languages and token.
Then open the survey via: http://survey/index.php/12345?token=mytoken
It always takes the main language of the system.
