Summary13130: Create Tokens --> Confirmation Dialog shows variables rather than results.
Description

The confirmation dialog after tokens have been created displays variables in the result, rather than numbers.

The confirmation dialog displayed is:
Create tokens
{n} token has been created.|{n} tokens have been created.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to "Survey participant summary" and hit the "create tokens" button.
