Summary13127: Error when upgrading database for 3.0.1 (from 2.72.4)

Upgrading the database failed due to a syntax error. I deleted the database and had LimeSurvey create it from scratch, but that also produced errors.

Additional Information

I upgraded PostgreSQL and PHP, but these did not resolve the error.

ls3 is still not offered in the comfortUpdate, so the upgrade scripts are not ready.
