Description

When trying to export answers, the app chrashes with:

'Internal server error':
Call to a member function getColumnNames() on null

Observation:
I don't know if this is related to the bug, but In the 'columns section' it only list TIME variables.. (I haven't tried to export from LimeSurveybefore, but I would expect that it should also list the response variables themselves)

Additional info: tried a creating a simplyfied survey, with just one question and no time variables. The problem is the same. Notice in the screenshot, that that the columns widget is completley empty.
