Description

I created surveys and I can't change language

Steps To Reproduce

Please open "Future of Need for Speed" survey on https://nfszone.pl/surveys/ and try change language.

Current changes are lost when changing language, but it's fixed by latest commit (missing value for "move" variable, should be "changelang").
