Summary13003: Strange issue with javascript and mktime …
Description

When page is loaded : mktime function is updated and take a value of hour--.
It's OK when loading (disabmle javascript) and ok if updated after with a value inside survey

Steps To Reproduce

Import survey included
1st page :

  • see bad hour (1 not 2)
  • update hour (just blur)
  • see good hour
    2nd page
  • see bad hour
  • deactivate javascript
  • reload page
  • see good hour
