Description

bootstrap switches are loaded when you go to a page by clicking on a menu.
if you click again on the same menu, they are not loaded. If you click again on the same menu, they are loaded. if you click again on the same menu, they are not loaded. etc

Steps To Reproduce

click on the Token handling links in the collapsed menu, again and again and again

Indeed:

the menu should have an "ACTIVE STATE", with a different colour, and being not clickable at all.
