Description

When running the Comfort Update at "Version 2.72.3+171020" I get up to step 3 (Change log) and there I get this error:
"You have an error inside your local installation of LimeSurvey. See:
PHP Error [500]
file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/bee-surveytmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/bee-survey/:/tmp/)"

Note the weird path "...httpdocs/bee-surveytmp" with a missing "/" before "tmp".

So either this is juts a kind of typo caused by the wrong path or it could also be related to insufficient rights at the test system.

I had a similar problem last week. My host has Apache ModSecurity which was not Comfortable with the ComfortUpdate. In the error log it said:

I hope this is helpful. I did the update to 3.7.1 manually and then the next ComfortUpdate to 3.7.2 worked as it ought.

this is a server configuration problem.
LimeSurvey can't do anything about it.
