Description

SPSS export becomes unusable

Steps To Reproduce

browsing to responses / export / export results to a SPSS/PASW command file
and then either clicking on "Export syntax" or "Export data" results in a file not found error as soon as a NumericInput field is added to the survey.

Unable to reproduce this issue on current LS version 3.12.1, export works as expected.
