Summary12918: Filtering and saving answers does not work in LimeSurvey 3.0.0
Description

Limesurvey installed in my server:

1) In the Limesurvey "Answers - Answers and statistics - Display responses" does not work filtering answers by id, seed, lastpage, completed etc. When clicking on the column header and choosing e.g. filtering by Completed (Yes / No / All) nothing happens. In the previous version when I chose Yes for example, I could see all completed answers without uncompleted.

2) When trying to export answers in Limesurvey questionnaire I have made, Export - Export responses - choosing CSV, MS Excel, PDF, etc. and pushing Export button I get a notice: "At least one column must be selected for export."
However there is no possibility to select columns as the Select Columns field is empty. In the previous version it contained columns names or sth.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Tried to set different filters, nothing works - it does not filter anything
2) Tried to save in different formats, restart web browser etc. - nothing works, no columns appear in the columns section (see the second photo below) and the same note: At least one column must be selected for export.

Limesurvey does not open at all in IE - white page instead of log in page.

Additional Information

When I upgraded the limesurvey database, Limesurvey went from a stable release to beta. Had I known it upgrades to some beta version, I would not have upgraded the database. (DB has been upgraded from version 263 to 325.)

I can confirm the error 2 ("At least one column must be selected for export.").
System: MySQL 5.6, PHP 7.1, LimeSurvey Version 3.0.0-RC.3+171114

Both issues are resolved in the latest Version 3.1.0
