Summary12890: Delete single survey response
Description

When I click on the red trash button, the "confirmation" window pops up. If I click yes, the popup does not disappear. But, if I close the popup by clicking "no" or the "x" button and refresh the survey responses table/page, it appears that the respective entry was already deleted.

Steps To Reproduce

1.Access the survey responses table

  1. Select an entry and delete it
  2. Select "yes"
  3. Then select "no" or click on the x button.
  4. Refresh the page
