Summary12822: too many strings not picked from language file
Description

in latest release RC1 LS3 there are a lot of text string not picked from language files. Probably hard coded? There are too many string to push in the bug tracker. I suggest Carsten (?) log in where German is default language. There as strings int he Dashboard, when creating a new survey +++++

I will certainly make use of the bug tracker to report this kind of issues but I suppose a lot of initial missing strings can be sorted out by logging in as mentioned...

the new texts are just not available for translation yet.
They will become available once the 3.0 becomes stable

Translate.limesurvey.org now has a separate project for 3.x.x translations.
It was easier than I thought ;).
