We setup a Limesurvey server in our premises. It is published on Internet through a reverse proxy on https. But internal communication between the reverse proxy and the LS server is in http. By default the URL produced is http://lsname.example.com:443/ ,whereas it should be https://lsname.example.com/
In order to solve this issue I changed the setting 'publicurl' in the config.php file in the /application/config/ folder. It works well for placeholders used in invitation e-mails, but it doesn't work for placeholders used in notification e-mails (basic and admin notifications). These placeholders are {RELOADURL}, {VIEWRESPONSEURL}, {EDITRESPONSEURL} and{STATISTICSURL} These placeholders use the wrong URL : http://lsname.example.com:443/
I guess these placeholders should follow the same treatment as the other placeholders, in order to take into account the 'publicurl' value in the settings.php
