Summary12774: Cannot import .lss file
Description

New install from recent GIT, new db, try to install .lss file to start survey:

Internal Server Error

CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'

I think you fixed it before? Maybe the patch should be applied to import?
