Forum spam still shown in list, send a 403

Steps To Reproduce

Go to https://www.limesurvey.org/fr/forum/news not loggued

Additional Information

Send a 403 when try to go, but think it's better if we directly don't see it. And this morning : i have a spammer with a answer still in topic. Then : more easy for moderator to find bad post :)
