Summary12730: Usable space when manage survey
Description

The space for manage survey is set to 595px fixed, even if we need bigger place (see screenshot)

Additional Information

I really think the space MUST not be fixed. Seems there are usage of javascript to set height. But for footer place : there are solution using only css : if content is more little than screen height : footer are at bottom, else footer is after content.

The content just need a padding-bottom accrording to footer heighr (and best is to use em/rem and not pixels like always in CSS).

Bootstarp 2 use a push element (with the same height than footer) and not padding : http://getbootstrap.com/2.3.2/examples/sticky-footer.html but 4.0 use padding on content : http://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/examples/sticky-footer-navbar/
