Summary12705: Cannot edit template-rtl.css in the template editor
Description

Any attempts to edit the template-rtl.css file by cicking on it in the template editor causes the editor to revert to editing startpage.pstpl

Adding template-rtl.css to the files-editable section of config.xml makes no difference.

Click on template-rtl.css in the template editor

In limesurvey its called the template editor in the bug tracker its called the theme editor. are they the same thing?

As an additional issue; When editing the template file manually, the changes are not copied to the assets folder.

Therefore to make a visible change you need to edit the file manually go to the template editor save any file go to the form editor and then preview the survey.

This makes editing and tweaking a pain.
