Summary12701: Upgrading from Version 2.70.0+170921 to 2.71.0+170925 -> existing LDAP users permission are flushed
Description

Hello,
after upgrading via confortupdate from 2.70.0+170921 to 2.71.0+170925 the LDAP user permissions are flushed after editing permission.
Rollback to 2.70.0+170921 works and the version is not affected. To get back permissions (if any edit was done by the affected version) one need a db restore.
It is not a browser issue: any new user cannot login because LDAP auth cannot be set.

Steps To Reproduce

Upgrade to 2.71.0+170925
create a new LDAP user
edit permissions-> save successfully-> return to the users list
return back to the same user permission page: all permissions are unset

Additional Information

Please increase the patch testing before releasing. Authentication/permissions are critical topics.
