Summary12665: The filter for filter out users with empty mail addresses will not work.
Description

When importing the survey participants via LDAP and select to filter out empty email addressees, users without email addresses are imported.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. create an new survey
  2. import new participants from ldap with the select "filter out empty mail addresses"
