Summary12663: Send Invitations button shouldn't be on the response screen after invitations have been sent
Description

That the Send Invitations button shouldn't be an option anymore on the confirmation screen that appears after invitations have already been sent.

Steps To Reproduce

Utilize participants table to send invitations, then click Send Invitations to send. Note that the Send Invitations button remains present on the confirmation screen after the invitations have already been sent.
