Summary12572: Question help if-statement resolving empty result in ? icon without content in default template
Description

When an if-statement is utilized in question help resolves to empty, the ? icon following that question still displays in the default template even though there is no resulting question help content.

Steps To Reproduce

In the attached survey archive, the 2nd token contains an Attribute_1 value of "N". Utilizing that token shows QUESTIONHELP text that resolves as empty still results in a ? icon in the default template.

In this case, the QUESTIONHELP contents is {if(TOKEN:ATTRIBUTE_1 == 'Y','Display question help.','')}
