Summary12536: Where is the plugin Survey setting
Description

There are no plugins survey settings

Steps To Reproduce

Put sendMailCron (https://www.limesurvey.org/index.php?option=com_sobipro&pid=89&sid=109:sendmailcron&Itemid=729) for example in plugin, activate and ??? where is survey settings

Additional Information

About settings system : we must have a way to allow plugins to add settings without own twig file (2.65 system) : because if LimeSurvey admin core update something visaully for 'text input' or 'boolean settings' : all plugin must use same 'view'.
