Summary	12535: No way to move next : show 'Question have error' even if not control is done
Description	I can not submit or move next in any survey
Steps To Reproduce	Import 1st survey : 2 group : 1st group didn't have anythink for control. Move next show 'error in validation' Import 2nd survey : Update 1 question, add 9 for answer, submit … (there is another issue with slider)
