Summary12499: Home page (and surely some other : 404 etc ...) don't have language
Description

Home page language is null, same for dir. Because langauge is taken by survey on not by Yii::app()->getLanguage

And title is empty too.

Steps To Reproduce

Look at source of survey listing

Additional Information

Currently i din't kow if we can get Yii in twig views ? Mayb Yii or Yii::app() can be added : but then template updater have a lot of rights in template.

About the link : related to survey. No survey in 404 or home page (and maybe elsewhere).

In fact we must use Yii::app()->getLanguage() : 2 solution : add it to EM knowVars (think it's a must have even without thi issue) + adding the test rtl function ?
