Summary12417: Error when creating a question group multiple languages
Description

When creating a question group and the survey has more than one language, an "internal server error" occurs.

Even though the error prompt, the group was created in both languages, it is a matter of going back to the survey page to see the new group.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a survey with more than one language
add a question group

Additional Information

Internal Server Error
CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[23000]: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Cannot insert explicit value for identity column in table 'lime_groups' when IDENTITY_INSERT is set to OFF.

An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.
