Summary12341: Validation error html code inserted as value in the textbox
Description

If an error occurs because of miss use of default value parameter of a text question, the error html code is inserted as plain text in the textarea

Steps To Reproduce

Add an undeclared variable to the default value of a short text question.
Then preview the question/survey.
The textarea will contain
"<span class='em-expression em-haveerror'><span title='Undefined variable' class='em-error'><span title='Undefined variable' class='em-var em-var-error' >SessionCode</span></span></span>"
as text and not as HTML elements.
