Description	When trying to edit a template I get a notification: "Notice: Undefined variable: clean in /data/websites/limesurvey-test/html/temp/application/helpers/sanitize_helper.php on line 134" Editing template is not possible.
Steps To Reproduce	See above, go to template editor and select a (user defined) template to edit
