Summary12128: Horizontal scrolling on "Display Responses" broken after update from v2.5+ to v2.62.2+170203
Description

After updating to v2.62.2+170203 (the latest build), the horizontal scrolling on the "Display Responses" page isn't working right. When I try to either single-step (by clicking on the right/left button) or page-left/right (by clicking on the empty spaces at either side of the scroll handle), the data in the list sort of jerks around a little bit, but doesn't actually scroll. Holding down and dragging the scroll handle works fine, however.

This only seems to happen on "Display Responses". I have tried scrolling other lists, such as "Display Participants", and there, both single-stepping and page-right/left work okay.

Steps To Reproduce

Opening the "Display Responses" list on any active Survey, then clicking on either the single-step scroll buttons (at the end of the scroll bar) or the empty spaces to the right/left of the scroll handle.

I have reproduced the issue on two different computers, both Windows 10, with an identical LimeSurvey installation.

Hi, had a look at your installation and can't see any problem. I checked using the latest Firefox on Windows 10.
Can you maybe create a tiny video demonstrating the problem?

Hi, here is the video.

On the Display Responses screen, clicking to the right/left of the scroll handle produces only a small jerky movement, instead of a real page jump.

This happens on two different laptops, and on both the local server (XAMPP) and the remote server. Also, on both Chrome and Firefox...

If I click right of the handle only once quickly, it only moves a bit to the right. I click and hold it scrolls to the chosen particular point steadily.
So what you are saying is that you click and hold and it is not moving?
