Use version 2.62.2+170303 on a Linux server Hosting Package GL Extra
Server Name oge1
cPanel Version 62.0 (build 10)
Apache Version 2.4.25
PHP Version 5.6.30
MySQL Version 5.6.35
Architecture x86_64
Operating System linux
Shared IP Address 197.242.156.186
Path to Sendmail /usr/sbin/sendmail
Path to Perl /usr/bin/perl
Perl Version 5.16.3
Kernel Version 3.10.0-514.6.1.el7.x86_64

In ComfortUpdate I get the following Error message on access:
Error!
Unknown error!

An unknown error occured. Please contact the LimeSurvey team.

Error code: build_not_found

That seems to be cause by the build date from the future.
You are on 2.62.2+170303 03th March 2017. So comfortupater seems to be unable to handle this future build date when comparing it to the "older" updates with a correct build number.

There is more than one bugticket with the same issue.
Not sure if a automatic fix can be distributed. Only LS GmbH, the seller of the Comfortupdate service know this.
