Summary12114: table-layout according to answer_width (set or not)
Description

Currently : in 2.62 : default template use always table-layout:auto. In 3.0 : i use table-layout:fixed because if use set answer_width : it must be fixed.

Then : no answer_width set : table-layout: auto / answer_width set : table-layout:fixed

Usage of Css class in theme can easily fix this.
