Summary	12068: 2.6.3lts zip file from Download page and GitHub are not the same
Description	After downloading from the project download page and installing 2.6.3 lts build 170112 I noticed the version number was stated as "2.6.2 build 170112" (page bottom). I then downloaded the zip file from GitHUb (2.06 branch) and in version.php it said: 2.6.3 build 170112. Also in the release notes from the download page file there was no mention of 2.6.3 build 170112. So I was wondering if the zip file from the download page really contains the changes as found in github.
Steps To Reproduce	Download 2.6.3 build 170112 zip file from project download page. Also download from github. Compare release notes and version.php (and maybe other files as well?)
