| Summary | 12054: Survey responses are not all shown on the admin interface |

| Description | A user reported not being able to see responses for his survey that were there before the update. After checking the responses table for his survey, I can see they are actually there, however not all show on the LS admin interface. (see attached) |

| Steps To Reproduce | Update from 2.58.0+ 170104 to 2.58.2+ 170114
Go to responses of a survey in the admin interface
Total number of responses doesn't match total of responses in database. |

| Additional Information | In my particular case (sid=826441), admin shows: total responses 19 (5 full, 14 incomplete)
When querying the database directly:
