| Summary | 12009: docx files don't upload |

| Description | When I try to upload a docx file, the upload script shows "uploading" forever (with animation). This happens both in preview and when the survey is live. Closing the upload popup and pressing the upload button again doesn't help - the "uploading" animation keeps running. Moving to the next question and then back (in presentation by question) clears the upload script and allows attaching new files (but not docx). |

| Additional Information | It seems the problem may be intermittent and affects xlsx files too. Could it be due to the fact that they use XML structure or are just ZIP files internally? |
