Summary11976: Relevance based on array-dual-scale not working properly
Description

When basing relevance on an answer in an array-dual-scale, the conditional question is not shown when returning to the group.

Steps To Reproduce

Load attached survey
In Group 1, Click "Yes" to show the conditional question
Enter a value in the conditional question
Click next to advance to Group 2
Return to Group 1
The conditional question is hidden when it should be shown
Click next - Error "Not all questions have been answered..."
