Summary	11937: Help question start empty, updated after : not shown
Description	DEFAULT template : If a question-help is empty at start : updated in live after : the help is not shown
Steps To Reproduce	Add {self.NAOK} in any question help, preview question : see what happen.
Additional Information	There are 2 issues here: The hidden system for help part in template : https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/develop/templates/default/scripts/template.js#L157. Can be fixed with a class (and not hide) We don't have an event after an expression part is updated : https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/develop/application/helpers/expressions/em_core_helper.php#L1383 (and this must use jquery) PS : the hidden system must be done before ready (little flash with ?)
